This dynamic role will see you partnering with the Director of Compliance to conduct thorough reviews of compliance practices in both U.S. and global operations. You will be responsible for managing investigations into whistleblower complaints, developing key quality metrics, and preparing reports for senior leadership. Expect up to 25% international travel to facilitate comprehensive training sessions.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and execute compliance reviews for global locations
• Conduct necessary investigations related to complaints
• Create and present performance measure metrics




• Compile detailed reports for the Chief Compliance Officer
• Lead compliance training initiatives for various departments

Requirements:
• 3+ years' relevant experience or educational background
• Knowledge of U.S. Foreign Corrupt Practices Act preferred
• Experience in auditing or investigations is advantageous
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Strong skills in communication and organization
