You'll confirm policy details and investigate claims effectively, engaging with key stakeholders throughout the process. Your contributions help foster a supportive and high-performance team culture aimed at continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee Intermediate Bodily Injury Claims management
• Investigate and determine liability and damages
• Engage with underwriting and senior leadership




• Participate in mediations and claim settlement processes
• Direct Defence Counsel and handle negotiations

Requirements:
• A university degree or CIP designation preferred
• Three or more years of auto claims handling experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Adaptable to a quick-paced and evolving environment
• Bilingualism in English and French is a plus
