In this full time, on-site role with TPD, you'll be the crucial link between customers, technicians, and subcontractors. As a detail-oriented professional, you will coordinate project lifecycles from initiation to billing, ensuring everything operates smoothly. Your strong organizational skills and ability to juggle various tasks will support the field teams effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage incoming installation project quote requests
• Review bidding documents, drawings, and scopes of work
• Coordinate full project lifecycle from intake to billing
• Plan and schedule field technician work calendars
• Track and update labour and materials in internal systems
Requirements:
• Experience in administrative or customer service roles
• Strong communication skills in English
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
