Join Prairie Land School Division as a Family Resource Worker, supporting students and families in the Altario and Consort areas. This full-time role focuses on addressing emotional and behavioral challenges in a school environment.

The successful candidate will enter a probationary, 10-month position beginning with the 2026-2027 school year. You will utilize excellent interpersonal skills to assist families and work collaboratively to address various social challenges. Effective planning and organization will enable you to thrive in this supportive role.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist with social and emotional family-related challenges
• Use independent judgment to support families effectively




• Collaborate positively with school staff and community
• Organize and manage resources for families
• Potential travel to diverse locations within the Division

Requirements:
• College Diploma or University Degree in a relevant field
• Eligible for skilled designation membership
• Valid Class 5 Alberta Driver's License
• Reliable vehicle access and insurance
• Complete required background checks prior to start
