Join a reputable Canadian real estate developer as a Senior Associate in Fund Operations and Investor Services in Vancouver. This permanent role emphasizes compliance, reporting, and investor management.

In your full-time position, you will support the firm’s investment product administration and enhance the investor experience. Your responsibilities will extend across fund operations and investor services, ensuring transactions are processed accurately and regulatory requirements met. You will play a vital role in fostering relationships through excellent service.

Key Responsibilities:
• Review NAV calculations and operational reporting
• Coordinate investment activities and settlements
• Manage investor onboarding and account administration




• Process transactions and prepare investor communications
• Support audits and regulatory compliance requirements

Requirements:
• Completion of Canadian Securities Course or equivalent
• At least 5 years in fund administration or investment operations
• Solid understanding of trade lifecycle and fund structures
• Expertise in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• High level of professionalism and confidentiality
