In this vital role, you will report to the Health and Safety Manager, driving health and safety initiatives and ensuring compliance with legislation. You will create awareness and deliver essential training, conduct inspections, and support employees in both the field and office environments. Your contribution will help maintain a safe working atmosphere while enhancing the reputation of the Health and Safety department.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct project-specific orientation sessions for recent workers and visitors
• Arrange and conduct training seminars for OZZ employees




• Perform documented project inspections and report findings
• Ensure tools and equipment maintenance programs are followed
• Support project supervisors with incident investigations

Requirements:
• Post-secondary education in Health & Safety or Human Resources
• Experience in construction or industrial services
• Knowledge of Occupational Health and Safety Regulations
• Familiarity with CVOR practices and inspections
• Ability to manage multiple projects effectively
