NorWest Co-op is seeking a Director to manage the Family Violence and Prevention Programs. In this full-time position, you'll oversee program development, staff supervision, and community outreach efforts. Key Responsibilities:
• Determine strategic direction for family violence programs
• Oversee program planning, implementation, and evaluation
• Manage staff supervision and clinical oversight
• Develop funding proposals and budget plans
• Promote programs through effective communication strategies
Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years in administration and staff supervision
• Clinical counseling experience of at least 3 years
• Bachelor’s degree in social work or related field
• Master’s degree preferred
• Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle
