Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure timely follow-up of customer quotations
• Exhibit excellent customer service and phone etiquette
• Collect and maintain all essential project documentation




• Manage project requirements and associated billing
• Source all necessary project components and issue purchase orders

Requirements:
• Proficient in MS Office tools including Excel and Outlook
• Familiarity with CAD is helpful; training can be provided
• Estimator certification is an asset though not required
• Relevant post-secondary education is a plus
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
