Elevate donor relations as CNIB's Lead, Planned Giving. Collaborate closely with the Director to implement impactful planned giving programs and ensure exceptional stewardship.
As a full time Lead, Planned Giving, you'll support the National Planned Giving team in managing day-to-day operations. Key responsibilities include donor-centric support, implementing marketing initiatives, and maintaining meticulous records. Your role directly influences CNIB's annual revenue while working closely with the estates team to navigate complex donor obligations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide administrative support to Planned Giving and Estates
• Implement and assess the Planned Giving program
• Maintain detailed stewardship records for donors
• Collaborate with internal teams on specific donations
• Manage inbound and outbound correspondence timely
Requirements:
• University degree or College diploma in business or fundraising
• 2-3 years’ experience in fundraising, ideally Planned Giving
• Proficiency in MS Office and fundraising databases
• Strong interpersonal and strategic thinking skills
• Ability to manage sensitive information confidentially
