Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate training for new maintenance technicians
• Review and maintain training and maintenance SOPs

Requirements:
• Minimum of 5 years in a mine maintenance setting
• Valid Red Seal Journeyperson Millwright Ticket
• Proven ability to lead and communicate effectively
• Solid problem-solving skills in dynamic environments
• Familiarity with maintenance manuals and troubleshooting
