Dillon is looking for a proactive Civil Engineer to lead Asset Management initiatives in Ontario. Engage with clients and ensure project success through creative solutions and collaboration.

As part of Dillon’s Civil Infrastructure Technical Group, you will play an essential role in advancing municipal asset management strategies while enhancing client relationships. Utilize your problem-solving skills and technical knowledge to develop comprehensive approaches to infrastructure challenges, contributing to Dillon's mission of delivering quality outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
• Design and implement Asset Management plans
• Identify growth opportunities and lead proposals
• Manage project teams focusing on technical excellence




• Translate data into actionable strategies for clients
• Facilitate engagement workshops with community stakeholders

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Active P.Eng. license in Ontario
• Minimum 8 years of experience in relevant field
• Strong networking abilities and client relationship management
• Excellent communication for explaining complex concepts
