As part of ComPsych’s Employee Assistance Program, you will provide high-quality mental health support for individuals facing diverse life challenges. With three or more years of clinical experience, you'll conduct intake assessments and counseling sessions that address workplace stress, anxiety, and interpersonal issues. Your expertise will empower clients to navigate their mental wellness effectively within a structured EAP framework.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver short-term solution-focused counseling services locally
• Conduct thorough intake assessments and clinical evaluations
• Offer coping strategies for stress, anxiety, and relationship issues
• Maintain detailed clinical documentation in compliance
• Collaborate with ComPsych’s referral and authorization processes
Requirements:
• Master’s degree in behavioral health field required
• Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience post-masters
• Active qualified registrations and insurance coverage
• Commitment to ethical counseling practices
• Submission of recent CV required
