As an FP&A; Business Partner, you will provide essential financial leadership, engaging closely with various stakeholders. Your responsibilities will also include developing financial models and ensuring the efficient operation of key financial systems. Your work will drive impactful insights for strategic decisions that align with Sila's business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement financial models for planning
• Conduct variance analysis to provide performance insights
• Lead process improvements in financial systems




• Ensure smooth operation of SAGE X3 and other systems
• Prepare insightful presentations for management

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting
• 5-10 years in FP&A; with solid operations knowledge
• Proven ability to present financial data effectively
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience with financial systems like SAGE X3 is a plus
