In this full-time role, you will troubleshoot client infrastructure, manage Nutanix and Microsoft 365 systems, and resolve technical issues. Your expertise will help improve client experiences while working in a collaborative and supportive setting. Foster your skills with diverse technologies and mentoring responsibilities as you tackle infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead management and troubleshooting of client infrastructures
• Support and administer Microsoft 365 applications
• Configure and manage both Azure and network setups




• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members
• Ensure documentation and standards are maintained

Requirements:
• 5+ years in a Systems Administration role
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 and cloud technologies
• Solid networking knowledge including firewalls and VPNs
• Demonstrable client-facing communication skills
• Experience in a managed services environment preferred
