Position Overview
Our client is seeking an experienced Organizational Change Manager (OCM) to support enterprise-wide transformation initiatives that enhance business processes, technology adoption, and employee effectiveness. This role will partner with business leaders, project teams, and stakeholders to ensure organizational readiness and successful adoption of new tools, processes, and ways of working.

The successful candidate will develop and execute change strategies that help employees understand, embrace, and effectively utilize business improvements while minimizing disruption and maximizing organizational value.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute organizational change management plans for strategic business and technology initiatives.

Assess change impacts across stakeholder groups and identify adoption risks and mitigation strategies.

Create organizational readiness assessments and recommend appropriate interventions.

Stakeholder Engagement

Partner with leadership teams, project sponsors, and key stakeholders to build alignment and support for change initiatives.

Facilitate workshops, meetings, and engagement sessions to gather feedback and promote adoption.

Establish and maintain strong relationships across business functions.

Communications & Training

Develop and deliver communication plans that clearly articulate project objectives, benefits, and expected outcomes.

Create stakeholder-facing materials, presentations, and training resources.





Support the design and execution of learning programs to build awareness and capability.

Adoption & Sustainment

Monitor change adoption and stakeholder engagement throughout project lifecycles.

Collect feedback and measure effectiveness of change activities.

Recommend improvements to support long‑term sustainment and continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Human Resources, Organizational Development, Change Management, or a related field.

5+ years of experience in organizational change management, stakeholder engagement, or transformation programs.

Demonstrated experience supporting technology, process improvement, or business transformation initiatives.

Strong communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.

Experience developing change strategies, communication plans, training materials, and stakeholder engagement programs.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.

Robust relationship‑building and influencing skills across all organizational levels.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Teams.

Preferred Qualifications

Prosci, CCMP, ACMP, or other recognized change management certification.

Experience supporting enterprise technology implementations.

Background working in large, complex corporate environments.

Experience measuring adoption, organizational readiness, and change effectiveness.
