Prairie Meats LP is seeking an experienced and motivated HR Generalist to join our team in Saskatoon. This position supports all areas of Human Resources and plays a key role in fostering a positive, compliant, and high-performing workplace.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment, onboarding, and employee orientation

Employee relations and performance management support

Benefits and leave administration

HR policy development and compliance

Training and development coordination

Safety program support

Maintain HR records and reporting

Process payroll through Payworks

Qualifications, skills and experience

Diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field

CPHR designation (or working toward) is an asset





3+ years of progressive HR experience (required)

Strong knowledge of Saskatchewan employment legislation

Excellent communication

organization, and problem-solving skills

Proficient with Microsoft Office and payroll software

Ability to maintain confidentiality and build positive working relationships
