In this role, you will be crucial in preparing unique breakfast features while ensuring compliance with food safety standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in high-volume baking and the ability to operate efficiently during night shifts. You will work in a remote environment, handling everything from baking to menu planning with safety at the forefront.

Key Responsibilities:
• Craft an array of baked goods, including bread and pies
• Prepare and serve a variety of eggs and breakfast specials




• Organize and maintain effective inventory practices
• Follow food safety procedures and maintain cleanliness
• Participate in occupational meetings and safety inspections

Requirements:
• At least 2 seasons in a high-volume baking role
• Certification in Level 1 First Aid or equivalent
• Effective communication skills in English
• Comfortable working alone during night shifts
• Ability to lift and manage 50 lbs
