Key Responsibilities:
• Control business development and team coordination
• Develop systems for team management and project execution




• Prepare sales forecasts and manage client relationships
• Uphold design specifications and quality assurance standards
• Manage construction administration on assigned projects

Requirements:
• Minimum 8 years of electrical design experience
• Project Management experience preferred
• Skilled Engineer or AScT certification beneficial
• Knowledge of Passive House and LEED standards
• Experience in electrical contracting is a plus
