Key Responsibilities:
• Architect omnichannel solutions for ACD voice and chat
• Lead complex system integrations with various platforms
• Manage SIP trunk architecture and QoS requirements




• Document technical specifications and solution designs
• Implement DevOps practices for infrastructure management

Requirements:
• Expertise in Genesys Cloud implementation and architecture
• Advanced skills in REST API integration and design
• Knowledge of IVR/IVA systems and security compliance
• Mentorship experience with solution engineers
• Familiarity with SLA/KPI testing benchmarks
