arc programs is seeking a Program Director to lead a School-Based Elementary Mental Health Services program across SD#23. The role includes supervision of counsellors, clinical oversight, and coordination with district and school staff.
The position is full time, with summer layoff and reinstatement before school year start, and entails a 30-hour work week. Ideal candidates hold graduate-level degrees in social work or counseling, with supervisory experience and trauma-informed practice.
