As a Forensic Investigator at FSRA, you will lead multiple complex investigations under provincial Acts. Your expertise will support the detection of fraud and non-compliance within financial sectors, ensuring fairness and safety for Ontarians. You will engage in evidence gathering, conduct interviews, and prepare formal reports to guide enforcement actions and litigation efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead forensic investigations into fraud and non-compliance issues
• Conduct interviews and gather evidence corroborating allegations
• Prepare detailed analytical reports for management and litigation
• Collaborate with law enforcement and legal counsel
• Mentor and provide guidance to investigation teams
Requirements:
• University degree in criminology, economics, or similar field
• Proven experience in forensic investigations
• Robust knowledge of financial legislation and regulatory procedures
• Excellent communication and analytical skills
• Security clearance required for this role
