You will focus on workforce planning, recruitment, retention, and managing labour relations while ensuring compliance with employment standards. Key Responsibilities:
• Lead workforce planning, recruitment, and retention strategies
• Manage employee relations in a unionized setting




• Administer collective agreement provisions
• Oversee grievance handling and workplace investigations
• Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures

Requirements:
• 5+ years of progressive HR experience
• Strong knowledge of labour relations compliance
• Experience in recruitment and organizational development
• CPHR/CHRP designation is an asset
