Pursue excellence as a Senior Resource Geologist with Globe 24-7 in Northern Ontario. This role features a hybrid work arrangement with some travel to mining sites.
In this impactful position, reporting to the Geological Superintendent, you will provide technical leadership in the Geology Department. Responsibilities include managing geological data quality assurance, creating 3D models, and driving resource growth initiatives through exploration target evaluation.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and verify geological mapping data accuracy
• Prepare thorough mineral resource estimates
• Lead oversight of mine reconciliation activities
• Create and update resource models for mineralization
• Plan and coordinate diamond drilling programs
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Geology or equivalent
• Eight-plus years of mining experience
• Expertise in statistical analysis of geological data
• Robust understanding of structural geology
• Valid driver's license and teamwork focus
