Reporting directly to the Manager of Talent Development, you'll design and facilitate leadership initiatives aligned with corporate strategies. Your role focuses on succession planning, talent management, and performance enhancement. Collaborate with Site Leadership Advisors to enhance employee skills, cultivate partnership with various stakeholders, and support diverse learning needs across the company.

Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate core leadership development programs and training
• Conduct needs analysis for internal and external programs




• Administer talent and performance management initiatives
• Collaborate with stakeholders on custom training solutions
• Evaluate training program effectiveness through feedback

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field or equivalent
• Minimum five years’ experience in Learning and Development
• Solid planning and organizational skills
• Expertise in change management and team facilitation
• Valid Class 5 Driver’s License
