Key Responsibilities:
• Champion Forbes Bros.' safety values in all interactions
• Provide senior-level HSE leadership and guidance




• Oversee hazard assessments and compliance activities
• Lead development of HSE performance measures
• Conduct HSE audits and incident investigations

Requirements:
• 5+ years in HSE, preferably in construction
• Experience in multi-site project management
• Proven ability to mentor and coach HSE personnel
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Health & Safety
