Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct holistic assessments and care planning for patients
• Provide physical health monitoring and clinical support
• Support harm reduction and recovery interventions
• Develop therapeutic relationships with patients and families
• Engage with multidisciplinary teams and third-sector partners
Requirements:
• Valid NMC Level 1 registration
• Degree level education or equivalent
• Evidence of ongoing Career development (CPD)
• Knowledge of mental and physical health nursing care
• Experience in risk assessment and supervision
