Help shape the future of IT at the Calgary Zoo as an Infrastructure Analyst. This full-time position is essential in ensuring the reliability, security, and performance of IT infrastructure in support of wildlife conservation.

You will take the lead in troubleshooting complex technical issues, while actively participating in infrastructure management. Your work will include overseeing Windows servers, cloud platforms, and Microsoft 365 services. Additionally, mentoring fellow IT professionals aligns with your goal of improving service delivery across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide technical leadership in troubleshooting and support
• Administer Active Directory and hybrid identities
• Conduct cybersecurity monitoring and compliance checks




• Coordinate with vendors for project management
• Enhance user experience through excellent IT service

Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years of IT infrastructure experience
• Solid knowledge of Windows and SQL Server
• Experience with hybrid cloud and networking technologies
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• IT certifications desirable for advanced practices
