Key Responsibilities:
• Design interactive dashboards and reports using ServiceNow Platform Analytics
• Build executive KPI dashboards focusing on service performance
• Create multi-tab dashboard solutions covering various ITSM domains
• Configure time-series charts and trend analysis for reporting
• Implement dashboard best practices to enhance user experience
Requirements:
• 5+ years in ServiceNow reporting or analytics
• 3+ years with ServiceNow Platform Analytics
