As the Communications Operations Specialist, you will report to the Senior Manager, Corporate Communications, and play a vital role in ensuring effective information delivery. You'll collaborate with various teams to refine communication materials and platforms to support operational excellence. Your responsibilities will include reviewing content, aligning messages with standards, and enhancing usability.

Key Responsibilities:
• Review and edit store-facing communication for accuracy
• Design and maintain engaging digital content experiences




• Support daily operations of communications platforms
• Help with data accuracy and user experience improvements
• Compile reports and communication activity summaries

Requirements:
• Education in Communications or similar discipline
• 2-4 years in communications operations or content management
• Asset: Retail or franchise experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 tools
• Experience with digital platform administration is an advantage
