They are seeking a Production Manager to lead day‑to‑day manufacturing operations, driving performance across safety, quality, delivery, and cost within a fast‑paced, engineered‑to‑order environment.What You’ll Do:Lead daily production operations across the shop floorDriveoutput, efficiency, and on‑time deliveryManage and developsupervisors and production teamsOverseeproduction planning, scheduling, and labor utilizationMonitor KPIs (efficiency, scrap, rework, throughput)Identify and resolve bottlenecks and capacity constraintsPartner withengineering, supply chain, and quality teamsDrivelean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiativesEnsure compliance withsafety and quality standardsWhat We’re Looking For:7+ years inmanufacturing or production leadershipExperience inindustrial equipment, turbines, rotating equipment,
