You will communicate closely with our Management Team to provide progress reports, and coach, train, and provide feedback to employees to ensure company expectations are consistently met. Our supervisors ensure our client’s expectations are met in a safe and effective way, and work to cultivate lasting relationships with both the team and our clients. Depending on your division, you may be responsible for the following:Landscape Maintenance SupervisorsMaintain landscapes in various settings (strata or commercial) to a high standard.Perform various landscaping tasks (lawn care, pruning, bedwork, pesticide application, planting, etc.)Learn and implement an award-winning landscape maintenance program!Landscape Services SupervisorsInstall high quality soft (plant, soil, sod, stone installation, renovation pruning, occasional maintenance type work, etc.) and hard landscapes (Pavers, retaining walls, wood work, irrigation etc.)Maintain logistics of materials and equipment for each jobOperate equipment (paver saw, sod cutter, skill saw,
plate compactor etc.)Your QualificationsPractical experience and knowledge in maintaining/installing landscapes and leading crews2-3 years of experienceValid Class 5 BC Driver’s LicensePunctual, trustworthy, and reliableAbility to work in a fast-paced environment, and deliver high-quality and timely resultsStrong communication skillsRelationship building skillsIndustry accreditation (preferred)BC IPM Pesticide Applicators Certificate (preferred or we will support you through)Level 1 First Aid (preferred or we will support you through)Customer service experience is an assetConflict resolution skills are an assetWilling to obtain the educational requirements of this role within your first 3 months.Working Conditions:Full-Time, Monday-Friday 8AM-4:45PM @ various property locations around the Lower Mainland.
