PATH values excellence, trust, loyalty, and opportunities for growth within the company.ResponsibilitiesHandle full cycle accounting for several projectsAssist in the preparation and coordination of quarterly investor reporting packagesPrepare monthly updates to proforma forecastsCoordinate monthly budget reviews by updating actuals and working with development and construction managers to update, document follow-up and action itemsMonitor project cash requirements and act as the point of contact for project capital calls, distributions, loan draws, and repaymentsDocument, monitor, and liaise with interdepartmental teams regarding project milestones (LC tracking and release, warranty periods, deposits, prepaids)Implement and manage internal controls, business processes, and procedures for project accountingCollaborate cross-functionally with finance, marketing, construction, and development teams to ensure timely completion of interdepartmental tasks (job cost tracking,
