Headway Adolescent Resources is seeking a Residential Children’s Services Team Leader for our Langford children’s home. You will lead and support a team to provide secure, nurturing care and help young people reach their potential.
The role requires a Level 3 Diploma or equivalent, strong leadership, and safeguarding knowledge. Salary up to £34,080 with sleep-in shifts for unqualified, up to £35,810 with sleep-ins for qualified applicants; 38 hours per week with a permanent contract.
