Take charge of clinical trials at the Department of Clinical Neurosciences, University of Calgary. As a Clinical Trials Research Manager, you will oversee trial management, data quality, and team coordination in this pivotal role.
This full time, fixed-term position (approximately 12 months) reports to the Senior Manager of Clinical Trials and is central to the Stroke Clinical Trials Group's operations. Your extensive experience in clinical trial management will ensure compliance, quality, and efficiency across multiple research projects and sites.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and coordinate clinical trials for the SCTG
• Develop project plans and timelines for assigned trials
• Facilitate communication among investigators and teams
• Lead site management from initiation to close-out
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and ethical standards
Requirements:
• Masters or PhD in a health-related field preferred
• 10 years of healthcare or research experience
• 5-10 years in clinical trial/project management
• Strong analytical and leadership skills required
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
