As a Maintenance Technician, you'll engage in a variety of tasks such as preventive maintenance and urgent repairs. This role requires a hands-on approach in troubleshooting equipment failures while maintaining safety standards. Ideal candidates have a technical background and experience with HVAC systems.

Key Responsibilities:
• Complete surface preparation and painting tasks
• Maintain all records of preventive maintenance
• Test and repair electrical and plumbing systems
• Act promptly on maintenance emergencies
• Safely store and manage maintenance equipment

Requirements:
• Two years of maintenance experience in a technical trade
• Operator Certificate or equivalent trade experience
• Valid Alberta Driver’s License mandatory
• Forklift and Manlift certification preferred
• Ability to lift weights up to 22kgs
