This role involves establishing workflows, leading grooming processes, and enhancing team capabilities. As a key player in a collaborative environment, you will focus on building templates, refining processes, and ensuring best practices are followed across productions.

Key Responsibilities:
• Build Houdini Templates for streamlined workflows
• Review artist work daily to ensure feature quality
• Create character grooms including fur and hair




• Define and re-evaluate grooming processes and tools
• Mentor and lead a high-functioning team

Requirements:
• 5+ years supervising Groom teams in animation
• Expertise in modern Groom practices and methodologies
• Knowledge of USD in the Grooming pipeline
• Strong understanding of CG pipelines and workflows
• Passion for mentoring and team development
