• Oversee all shop floor operations and logistics
• Ensure safety compliance and establish best practices
• Monitor production performance and implement corrective actions




• Train and certify current employees on processes and safety
• Manage employee schedules and daily task assignments

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in engineering or relevant field
• 5 years of industry experience or 2 years as a supervisor
• Fluent in local language; English B1 required
• Strong IT skills specifically in M365
• Proven track record in leading and engaging teams
