• Evaluate and manage risks regarding emerging technologies
• Advise Innovation Labs on legal implications of current technologies
• Develop compliance practices for AI and data privacy
• Create legal resources for Technology and Engineering departments
Requirements:
• Juris Doctor degree with good standing in relevant jurisdictions
• Over 4 years of experience in corporate law or technology transactions
• Knowledge of data privacy and cybersecurity regulations
• Effective collaboration with cross-functional teams
• Registered U.S. Patent Attorney is an asset
