Our client is seeking an Account Manager to drive revenue growth through new business development and strategic account management. This role is responsible for identifying new opportunities, building strong client relationships, and delivering solutions that support customer success. The ideal candidate will bring a proven sales background, a hunter mentality, and the ability to build lasting partnerships.
Your Success Will Be Defined By Your Ability To Develop new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and cold outreach
Build and maintain strong relationships with current and existing clients
Identify customer needs and recommend value-added solutions
Manage the sales cycle from initial engagement through contract execution
Grow existing accounts by identifying expansion opportunities
Stay informed on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activity




Maintain an active pipeline and consistently achieve sales targets
Partner with internal teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience
Your strengths include: 3+ years of B2B sales or account management experience with a proven track record of achieving sales targets
Strong business development, prospecting, and relationship-building abilities
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Strong organizational, time-management, and prioritization skills
Experience within the traffic management, construction, infrastructure, or related industry considered an asset
Post-secondary education in Business, Finance, or a related field considered an asset
Valid Class 5 Driver's License
