In this role, you will manage and enhance RCM controls while developing training materials related to legislative updates. With over 5 years of experience in Financial Services, your deep industry knowledge will guide you in assessing risks and ensuring compliance. You'll be instrumental in communication efforts and lead initiatives that track compliance activities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage RCM Legislative and Regulatory Updates
• Assess regulatory changes impacting the insurance industry
• Build annual self-assessments and manage Ethidex tool
• Analyze data and develop action items for identified controls
• Lead RCM Risk Assessment at the enterprise level
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years in Financial Services
• Experience in testing and oversight functions
• Solid communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to manage data analytics and risk models
• Bilingualism in English and French is a plus
