Reporting to the Manager of Enterprise Risk, this role is key for coordinating emergency education initiatives and compliance responsibilities. The specialist will ensure effective execution of drills while fostering collaboration with clinical teams and external partners. Day-to-day risk management support is also an essential component of this role.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop emergency preparedness educational content
• Coordinate emergency drill exercises annually
• Maintain training and compliance records
• Advise staff on emergency response protocols
• Assist with the Emergency Preparedness Steering Committee

Requirements:
• Healthcare-related undergraduate degree
• 1-3 years emergency management experience
• Familiarity with incident command systems
• Robust problem-solving and organization skills
• Effective communication abilities across teams
