Key Responsibilities:
• Provide support with complaint review management and record keeping
• Manage calendars for effective scheduling




• Track communications and escalate issues when necessary
• Prepare responses for the Alberta Ombudsman
• Support development of regulatory policies and databases

Requirements:
• Certificate in Legal Administration or related field preferred
• 3 years of relevant regulatory or administrative experience
• High degree of professionalism and discretion
• Excellent communication and time management skills
• Certification in Project Management or Quality Improvement is a plus
