You will report to the Manager of Database & Integrations, ensuring effective use of Raiser’s Edge for donor information management. Your responsibilities include data entry oversight, query development, and supporting event teams with essential insights. Your attention to data accuracy will be crucial in providing reporting analytics to enhance donor journeys and financial reconciliations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Administer and maintain the Raiser’s Edge database system
• Process gifts promptly and accurately from various channels




• Develop reports to support fundraising strategies
• Maintain documentation for operational best practices
• Provide user training on database functionality

Requirements:
• 2–5+ years of experience in donor database administration
• Strong skills in Raiser’s Edge/RE NXT and Excel
• Detail-oriented with high data accuracy standards
• Knowledge of CRA regulations and data structures
• Proven ability to communicate effectively within teams
