Key Responsibilities:
• Participate in mandatory health and safety programs
• Execute the entire recruitment lifecycle for quality hires
• Establish strong connections with Hiring Managers and HR teams
• Utilize applicant tracking software and tools
• Participate in nationwide Campus Recruitment at educational institutions

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field
• At least three years of recruitment experience in industry
• Strong digital literacy skills
• Class 5 Driver's License or equivalent
