Mundo AI is seeking a Finance Controller to develop and scale financial infrastructure within a dynamic startup workplace. This hands-on position involves creating efficient processes and overseeing comprehensive financial reporting.

You will own the financial systems of a growing company, leading activities including monthly closes, GAAP-compliant financial consolidations, and technical accounting. Collaboration with leadership for board reporting and coordination with local accounting firms are essential components of this role.

Key Responsibilities:
• Build and enhance monthly and quarterly closing processes
• Prepare consolidated financial statements with intercompany eliminations
• Handle technical accounting including revenue recognition
• Develop financial reporting packages for board meetings
• Manage relationships with external accounting and tax firms

Requirements:
• CPA, CA, ACCA or equivalent credentials
• 4-6 years of experience in finance control
• Proven experience with multi-entity consolidation
• Hands-on accounting systems expertise
• Excellent communication skills
