Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and coordinate toolroom staff activities
• Oversee maintenance of tools and dies to production standards

Requirements:
• Secondary school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Qualified Tool & Die Maker with 8 years' experience
• 1-2 years’ experience in a leadership role
• Strong skills in robotics and machinery operation
• Proven hands-on experience in tooling and prototyping
