Community Natural Foods is looking for a detail-driven leader to join our Head Office team as our current Category Data Supervisor. If you love bringing order to data, coaching a team to do their best work, and helping make sure our customers always find accurate, up-to-date product information — this could be the role for you.

The Role
The Category Data Supervisor leads our Data Entry Team, making sure all tasks are completed accurately, on time, and efficiently.

Supervisory Responsibilities

Delegate work to the Data Entry Team

Ensure the team is meeting deadlines

Provide training, feedback, and coaching to the Data Entry Team

Assist with various project work

What You'll Do

Create various spreadsheets

Create and maintain vendor order forms

Assist with vendor price comparisons

Enter product data, product costs, and price changes into the catalog

Ensure the accuracy of data

Assist with various administrative tasks

Perform file maintenance

Reconcile invoices in Odoo





Maintain product data for in-store point-of-sale and e-commerce

Complete weekly and monthly tasks related to the Promotions program

Complete weekly tasks related to the Produce pricing program

Communicate with internal teams and vendors

Support new product implementation and research new products

Contribute to department morale through positive, constructive communication

Other duties as assigned

What You Bring

Strong leadership skills

A positive outlook and an aptitude for learning and retention

Strong communication skills

Proficiency with MS Office, especially Excel

Proven competency with computer skills

Attention to accuracy and detail

A self-motivated, focused multi-tasker

A customer-friendly approach

Flexibility to work independently and as part of a team
