This multi-faceted role covers all aspects of supply chain, procurement, logistics and ERP. This position reports to the Finance + Operations Director.

Responsibilities

Lead procurement processes, including all aspects of supplier network development to ensure that material inflows are cost-optimized, on time and consistently meeting quality specs.

Manage sourcing risk in a proactive fashion.

Lead all aspects of inbound and outbound logistics.

Lead management of the forecasting/planning models and production schedules to consistently meet service (OSCOT) targets, within established inventory parameters.

Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and assist with system enhancements and process efficiencies.

Full ownership of delivery of all operational metrics, data and reports to all stakeholders – on time and to a very high quality standard.

Operations KPI’s are clearly established and the company depends on the team to hit the targets and for performance to be very transparent.

Qualifications

Diploma or Degree from a recognized post-secondary institution.

Experience working in a manufacturing, supply chain, or operations environment.

Clear and effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
