This intermediate-level role calls for a candidate with over five years of experience in ServiceNow SPM. You will need a solid understanding of the Project Management lifecycle along with hands-on experience in developing ServiceNow dashboards and managing workflows. Collaboration with stakeholders and effective communication will be vital in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Enhance ServiceNow SPM solutions through configuration
• Design workflows and develop automated processes

Requirements:
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
• 5+ years relevant experience in ServiceNow SPM
• Solid problem-solving and analytical skills
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field
