This role positions you as a leader in engaging stakeholders on complex projects across Canada. You will utilize your substantial experience in engagement and facilitation to create inclusive and effective programs. Your work will help guide public opinion and trust in environmental planning and policy across various sectors.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage high-impact public engagement projects
• Champion IAP2 Core Values in all engagement practices
• Serve various organizations, tailoring approaches to fit needs




• Focus on climate resilience, policy, and strategic planning
• Provide mentorship to project teams for improved engagement

Requirements:
• 12+ years of engagement experience in both sectors
• Mandatory IAP2 Certificate in Public Participation (P2)
• Registered Skilled Planner (RPP) accreditation needed
• Proven experience in multi-stakeholder environments
• Active IAP2 leadership or volunteer roles preferred
